These terms and conditions are a guide line for contracts with customers.
| 1. | In order to make a reservation: Payment to be received by us before tours begin or accommodation is booked as informed on email or telephonic conversation or any method informed about. Payment may be made directly into our account , credit card, Cheque or payment method as agreed. |
| 2. | Cancellation Policy: The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
Accommodation once booked and charged for, may incur higher cancellation charges according to accommodation venues policy in place at time. |
| 3. | Aussie Destination Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter tours without notice as deemed necessary.

The 'Adult' rate shall apply to those aged 13 or higher, with the exception of those who are either students or holders of valid YHA or VIP cards, to whom the ‘Concession’ rate will apply. The 'Child' rate will apply to those aged 2 to 12, while the 'Infant' rate (which is free of charge) will apply to those below 2 years of age. |

All fares stated on this web page are correct at the time of entry. Prices are valid until 31st March 2008. Prices are fully inclusive of GST at a rate of 10%. |

Internet Prices Validity
The costs in this website are valid as current and supercede all previous rates and modifications. The costs in this website do take account of GST and are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise (AUD).
A deposit 20% is required within 7 days of making the reservation. Final payment is to be made at least 30 days prior to starting date of accommodation booking or tour start or unless other wise as agreed with ADT in writing.
Accommodation & Children's RatesCosts are generally based on a per person basis for twin share accommodation in a twin or double bedded room, unless stated otherwise. A single supplement will apply for person travelling or accommodating alone if required, supplement is only payable when one person occupies a room. Single rooms may not always be available depending on availability.
Triple accommodation is the cost based on three people sharing one room. Child rates are usually available for children sharing the same room with two full paying adults.
If accommodation specified in a package is unavailable, a similar alternative will be supplied subject to availability.
MealsAll Meals are shown as marked: [B] - Breakfast, [L] - Lunch, [D] - Dinner.
If you have any specific dietary requirements, please specify at time of booking. Halal meals, vegetarian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, European cuisine etc can be catered for, at most venues in urban areas.
ResponsibilityADT or its accredited agents finalise all arrangements for the tours and travel products included in this website, but shall not be liable for any accidental damage, injury, goods or property damage, loss, delays or any irregularity which may be caused either by reason of any defect in any tour vehicle, vessel or aircraft of any company or person engaged in conveying or accommodation of passengers, or in the carrying out of arrangements of the tours and travel products.
ADT & our agents represent and work, on behalf of the our principals.
Bookings are conditional that all parties agree that the transaction occurs in Western Australia and that the applicable laws of our state shall apply. All parties agree to submit any dispute for resolution in connection with the booking of tour or accommodation or any other service provided by us and is in agreement to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Western Australia.
IndemnityADTs sole involvement in the tour programs are as suppliers & we take no responsibility for statements in the literature relating to the tour or any of its features and as such are indemnified against any claim, action, loss or damage which may be made against the company or which the client may incur as a result of any misdescription or misleading information contained in the tour literature.
Travel InsuranceWe strongly recommend you insure against cancellation, loss of deposits, cancellation fees, baggage and medical expenses.
Additional cancellation fees and non-refunds by the service providers may also apply.
AmendmentsAmendments to already booked accommodation and tours are subject to availability & depends on circumstances, which can be advised to you
After commencement of holiday, should any refunds be available from service providers for any unused services, a fee may apply.
PricingThe costs published in this web are accurate at the time of loading but tour details are subject to change due to various circumstances.
Most credit cards are welcome & may incur surcharge.
Itinerary DetailsThe tour companies reserve the right to alter, delete, cancel or modify tours without notice or explanation. Refunds or alternative tours will be offered if our numbers are insufficient. Cancellations or itinerary changes could be due to road or weather conditions, vehicle failures, strikes or any other unforeseen reason, natural calamities or circumstances out of our control. Additional expense will be at the passenger's cost if alternatives of same cost are not available. Travel insurance is recommended to cover for this.
Tour return times are indicative & subject to change.
Wildlife appearances in the natural surrounds cannot be totally guaranteed at all times. Interaction with wild animals is always an element of danger and your personal safety and care is in your own hands.
MedicalVisitors are requested to be informed about Australia‘s varied climatic conditions and must have clothing accordingly and medical requirements also. No responsibility can be accepted by us for any medical conditions you may encounter on tours or transits, also for accidents, any illness, loss of goods or possessions and we recommended that proper insurance cover be taken to cover against any mishaps. Some adventure tours are to remote areas and passengers on special medication should always carry enough supply of same with them. If any client has a medical history or disability, kindly do inform us at time of booking or better still, when enquiring for tours.
DiscountsIf applicable the special discount conditions do apply. Group discounts may be available, so do enquire. Discounts may not be available for peak periods or holiday specials. Discounts not available on all tours & accommodation, enquiring in advance will assist.
